Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Should you have an issue with your order

Should an item arrive in damaged condition or you have any other issue whatsoever please contact us right away on customersupport@wholesaleconnections.co.uk We will endeavour to dispatch a replacement to you the same day or a full or partial credit will be issued depending on the nature of the issue. Photographic evidence may be requested.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the funds will be refunded back to the original method of payment.

Most banks advise to allow 5-7 working days for the funds to show in your account.

Late or missing refunds

Please note most banks advise to allow 5-7 working days for the funds to show in your account. If the funds are not showing available, we would first recommend contacting your bank/ card company for an update.
