How do I set up an account?

It’s great to hear you’d like to set up an account with us!
On the main homepage there are quick tabs right at the top.
Choose the tab “Register” and it will take you straight to our registration form.
The form is really simple and will only take a few minutes to complete.
Once you have completed the form, you will be sent a link to confirm your account.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

Don’t worry, it’s easily done!
Select “Log In” on the main homepage.
Under the Log In button there is a link “forgot password?”
Click on this link and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.

Do I need a separate log in for each store?

No, you just need to create a log in once for wholesaleconnections.com and you can then order from all of the stores!

How do I search for an item?

It’s really simple.
Whether you know what you are looking for or simply want to browse through the list, we have a wide variety of products to choose from.
If you know what you want but not sure which store to buy from, use our search bar at the top.
This automatically checks all stores. Once you’ve found what you want, simply click on the item and add to basket.
The search also works using a stores product code.
You can also go directly to a stores page by clicking on the store name on our main homepage and you can see everything they have to offer.

Can I order from more than 1 store?

Yes! Just continue to add items to your basket as normal.
When you view your basket, it will show you what items are from which store.

Is there a minimum spend?

Each store will have their own minimum spends. Please see each stores page for info.
Stores may have a minimum quantity set for items; this will show on the product page.

How does payment work with multiple stores in my basket?

When you are ready to check out you will notice that the items are grouped by stores.
Each store has to be paid separately.
Once you have made a payment to a store that part of the order will be sent directly to the store to process.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I change my shipping address?

You will be given the option to review and change your shipping address before completing check out. Please ensure you check the shipping details carefully.
The shipping address you have chosen will show on your order confirmation. If you notice any errors, please contact customer support straightaway so we can rectify this.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to change the address.

What is your shipping policy?

All stores aim to dispatch your order by the next working day.
Dispatch times may vary by store and on occasion by product.
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain products. Where this applies your delivery date will be stated at check out.

We have negotiated low-cost prices with the shipping companies we work with.
The prices of shipping are based on size, weight and destination of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on the individual store and destination. It typically takes 1-2 business days.

Where does my order ship from?

However, we are a global platform connecting customers with products and stores from all around the globe.

I need to change or cancel my order; how can I do this?

Please check your order confirmation carefully.
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order it is important that you contact the store straightaway.
All stores aim to get orders processed and dispatched straightaway.
Please call the relevant store directly to ensure changes/cancellations are processed.
